Camp Terms and Conditions
Payment:
Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot in the camp. We accept credit card and debit card payment via Stripe.
Refunds and Cancellations:
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us at least 30 days before the start of the camp session. Refunds will be issued minus a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the start of the camp.
Code of Conduct:
We expect all campers to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner towards other campers, coaches, staff, and property. Any behavior that is deemed inappropriate or unsafe will not be tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal from the camp, without a refund.
Liability:
Participation in the Action Park Alliance Skate Camp involves inherent risks and dangers. While we take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our campers, we cannot be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during the camp session.
Photography and Video:
We may take photographs and videos of campers during the session for promotional purposes. By participating in our camp, you agree to allow us to use such materials for marketing and promotional purposes.
Medical Information:
Please provide us with any necessary medical information, including allergies, medications, and medical conditions, that we should be aware of in case of an emergency.
Privacy:
We take your privacy seriously and will not share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law or necessary to provide our services.
