By this point all skatepark staff should be First Aid & CPR certified. We are now requiring the below Customer Service and Conflict Mediation Certifications.
Please plan to have these completed by the end of this week & sent to all staff. We can give all staff until the end of next week to complete. There should be a certificate of completion from each course provided that staff can submit once done. This is a priority! Let’s make sure we get this done to avoid any unnecessary future headaches please.

Once certification is received please upload to your locations dropbox folder under “Staff Certifications” folder.
